Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, guide and develop a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure outstanding service for clients. You will lead with purpose to protect people and property and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain high standards of safety and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes scheduling optimization, client relations, and incident response while promoting growth within a global leader in security services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory.
