Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for the 1Badge Operations team. You will lead physical security programs, manage access governance, badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and security compliances across EY facilities.

This role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security to ensure scalable, compliant access across the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience with enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space admin.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvements.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning and biometric management.
• Support badge reader deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
