Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the firm’s 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise access control administration across the real estate portfolio.

You will coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management and drive security modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
