Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing access control governance, badge lifecycle management, and biometric reader operations across EY offices.

You will coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, Global Security, and IT to ensure secure, compliant access across a nationwide real estate portfolio. Strong leadership and security governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in physical security operations and access control administration.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel or Genetec.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning and deprovisioning activities.
• Oversee biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Maintain authorized personnel records and access inventories.
• Collaborate on security requirements for office renovations and new construction.
