Job summary

Epic seeks a Security Operations Technician for the Hosting team at the Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance. You will help secure Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients, identifying events and coordinating cross-team responses.

You’ll push for long-term process improvements, stay ahead of threats, and contribute to secure, reliable hosting operations. Relocation reimbursement is available; US work eligibility required; shifts vary.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or SOC environments.
• Familiar with log analysis, monitoring, and auditing.
• Knowledge of access management and AD is a plus.
• Scripting ability, especially PowerShell, is helpful.
• Security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigations across teams.
• Implement long-term security improvements and stay current on threats.
• Escalate incidents per policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of Epic Hosting.
