Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team that protects Epic's SaaS infrastructure for major healthcare clients. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and push for long-term process improvements while staying current with evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying security events and coordinating investigations.
• Ability to implement long-term security process improvements.
• Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, application whitelisting, and DLP.
• Knowledge of log analysis, monitoring, and system/network auditing.
• Security certifications are a plus (e.g., SANS/GIAC, ISC2, EC-Council, CompTIA).
• Experience with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL tools is useful.
