Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Field Operations Manager and Project Managers across regional offices from award to project completion.

You will coordinate meetings, track tasks, set deadlines, monitor status reports, and ensure accurate weekly PM leadership updates. Responsibilities include scheduling resources, audits, and ensuring smooth mobilization and handover to the PM team.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support BMO quote generation, site survey, and pricing activities.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and engage cross-functional resources.
• Track project status, update leadership with accurate reports weekly.
• Assist with scheduling resources and audits to ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate mobilizations and ensure readiness of all resources one week prior.
