The role requires leadership, coordination with recruiters and leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Onboarding, growth opportunities, and a safety-focused culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse team.
• Entrepreneurial attitude in a team environment.
• Key Competencies: Staff/Financial Management, Integrity, Problem Solving, Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Coordinate services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality service.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate issues with the Client and address escalated situations.
• Support recruiters in hiring quality candidates and staff development.
