Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security services across assigned client sites. The role oversees frontline staffing, scheduling, training, and operational compliance, serving as a crucial support and escalation point for employees and clients.

This position emphasizes high-quality service, workforce stability, and proactive resolution of performance issues. Salary is $65,499.98 annually.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license if driving for business activities.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience building and developing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement for security personnel and supervisors; develop career growth plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage post schedules, staffing levels, overtime, and backfill to meet contract needs.
• Process weekly payroll, verify timekeeping, and handle payroll inquiries and adjustments.
• Conduct employee relations activities, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures as needed.
