Job summary

Allied Universal in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guide frontline supervisors and officers, ensure client contractual hours are met, and uphold the highest safety standards across sites.

In this role you will recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and employee relations; serve as the primary client contact; and leverage BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, reduce overtime, and grow the business responsibly.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced service organization.
• Ability to manage hourly employees and frontline supervisors.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools for metrics and reporting.
