Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead client service delivery, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across multiple locations. You will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality security services while maintaining client satisfaction, employee engagement, contractual performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of physical security experience.
• Experience managing operations encompassing 5,500+ HPW across multiple regions.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including an MVR.
• Ability to complete drug screening as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality security services.
• Maintain professional, responsive communication with client management and address concerns promptly.
• Evaluate service quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in client initiatives and monthly leadership calls.
• Conduct regular client visits and facility audits per requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure compliance with post orders and service expectations.
• Lead site managers and coordinators to meet client requirements and KPIs.
• Balance process improvement, client satisfaction, officer engagement, and financial objectives.
• Ensure locations are staffed with qualified officers meeting requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement best practices.
• Communicate weekly with Senior Director of Operations and local management.
• Follow up on site issues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules and payroll accuracy.
• Validate schedules per policies and minimize overtime.
• Ensure staffing levels and officer qualifications align with obligations.
• Create and track off-duty officer training per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and licensing requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and prepare reports, trainings, and KPI reviews.
• Conduct facility audits to verify compliance with contracts and standards.
