Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong client relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Selection and placement: manage hiring and offers, publish openings, and ensure proper staffing.
• Schedule and workforce management: create and update post schedules, manage overtime, backfill vacancies.
• Payroll management: run payroll, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, ensure accuracy.
• Employee relations: conduct disciplinary sessions, termination procedures, maintain morale.
