Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while supporting employees and clients to maintain high service quality and workforce stability.

You will drive proactive workforce management, strengthen client relationships, and ensure contract adherence through effective scheduling and payroll processes.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; may drive company vehicle.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws where applicable.
• Minimum of three years of leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client relations.
• Ability to interpret basic financial data for decision making.

Aufgaben

• Manage the selection and placement of security professionals and first-line supervisors; design development plans and handle underperformers.
• Make initial job offers and transfers; publish weekly Open Post List and manage branch postings.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure continuous coverage.
• Ensure staffing aligns with contract requirements and control overtime; maintain pool of flex personnel.
• Maintain proactive contact with staff; review No Hours Report weekly and address inactive hours within policy.
• Process weekly payroll; ensure timekeeping accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle final pay, bonuses, unemployment hearings, and other payroll-related matters as needed.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and maintain morale; ensure consistent HR procedures.
