Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and compliance, acting as a key escalation point for employees and clients.

The role emphasizes proactive performance management and strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in high-volume environments, experience building teams, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Work experience in building and developing teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
• Leadership and communication skills for client relations and problem solving.
• Ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Manage the selection and placement process for security professionals; design development and performance plans.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure coverage.
• Maintain staffing levels according to contract requirements and manage overtime.
• Process weekly payroll and resolve discrepancies; ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions; ensure proper follow-up and documentation.
• Maintain high employee morale and ensure consistent policies and procedures across posts.
