• Experience building and developing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics and reporting.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and placement process for security professionals and supervisors; develop career plans and address underperformers.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure coverage and contract compliance.
• Process weekly payroll, timekeeping, and related records; handle payroll discrepancies and final paychecks as needed.
• Maintain proactive contact with security staff and clients; address performance concerns and staffing needs.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and training to ensure consistent operations and staffing levels.
