Allied Universal is hiring an Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and compliance while supporting employees and clients.

This role drives workforce stability, high-quality service, and strong client relationships at a local level. As a central leader, you will manage selection, placement, offers, and transfers; coordinate post schedules in WinTeam; supervise overtime; and maintain

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Ability to maintain client relations and achieve results.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and basic financial literacy.

Aufgaben

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals, including first-line supervisors; design career development and performance plans; evaluate underperforming staff for replacement, upgrade or transfer.
• Make offers and transfers using company forms, aligning rates, schedules and benefits with post contract requirements; publish weekly Open Post List and manage openings within division/branch.
• Create and modify post schedules in WinTeam to ensure adequate coverage and update regularly; staff according to contract requirements and manage overtime.
• Process weekly payroll per procedures; ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and communicate status to affected employees.
• Maintain proactive staff contact, ensure proper training, and resolve issues to sustain morale and retention.
