Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager in Miami to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee frontline hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while supporting employees and clients.

This role focuses on service quality, workforce stability, and strong client relationships. You will manage posting and placement for staff, optimize post scheduling in WinTeam, and handle payroll processes with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals and first-line supervisors; design development and performance plans.
• Offer rates, schedules and benefits aligned with post contract requirements; publish Open Post List and manage job openings.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure adequate coverage; maintain schedules and update regularly.
• Oversee overtime management; maintain pool of flex personnel for backfill and ensure staffing per contract.
• Review No Hours Report weekly with HR and address inactive hours to minimize payroll exposure.
• Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions; execute termination procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain high employee morale and low turnover through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
