Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Operations Manager in Salt Lake City to lead delivery of security services across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, compliance, and escalate issues with employees and clients.

Responsibilities include selecting personnel, creating schedules in WinTeam, managing payroll, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring service standards and workforce stability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving on company business.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• At least three years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client relations.
• Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security personnel and supervisors.
• Manage post schedules and staffing to meet contract requirements.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
