Allied Universal, a global security company, is seeking an Operations Manager in Louisville, KY. You will lead frontline staffing, scheduling, training and compliance to deliver high-quality security services across client sites.

This role emphasizes workforce stability and strong client relationships. You will address performance concerns, maintain contract staffing levels, and coordinate with HR to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams and strong client relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security professionals and supervisors; develop performance plans and replacements as needed.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing and overtime control.
• Process payroll; verify timesheets and handle paycheck-related issues; minimize payroll errors.
• Manage employee relations; conduct disciplinary meetings and terminate as needed; maintain morale and consistent procedures.
