Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicle use.
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols; ability to make sound independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and reduce unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors, including payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for clients and high-quality service delivery.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance, training, safety, inventory, and site operational standards.
