Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee scheduling, client relationships, training, and incident response, ensuring contract hours are met, safety standards upheld, and operations run efficiently while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team and client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and costs related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships; serve as primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards.
