Qualifications

• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and staff; multi-project management.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools; meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships; be primary contact for client needs and service quality.
• Handle incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory and supplies.
