Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and drive a high standard of service across client sites. You will manage a team of security officers and supervisors, ensuring safety and client satisfaction while controlling costs and optimizing staffing levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to drive a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers while meeting contract hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, oversee payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory management.
