Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure client contract hours are met while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers while meeting client hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
