The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in security management or operations, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to escalated security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site operations standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
