Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of leadership in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business through data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics and reports.
• Dynamic networking to engage with clients, community, and events.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement of new security professionals and first-line supervisors.
• Design career development and performance improvement plans.
• Evaluate low-performing employees for replacement, upgrade or transfer.
• Create and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure staffing meets contract requirements and control overtime.
• Maintain a pool of flex personnel for backfill of positions as needed.
• Review No Hours Report weekly and reassign staff as needed.
• Process weekly payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit timekeeping for accuracy.
• Handle final paychecks and related matters.
• Conduct disciplinary sessions and ensure proper follow-up.
• Initiate termination meetings and complete follow-up documentation.
• Maintain high morale and low turnover through proactive communication.
• Ensure policies are enforced and training is provided.
