Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager in Aurora, Colorado to lead security services delivery across client sites. The role oversees hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while ensuring high-quality service, workforce stability, and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, client relations and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the selection and placement process for security professionals and supervisors.
• Make initial offers and transfers; publish Open Post List and manage job openings.
• Create and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure staff staffing per contract and manage overtime via scheduling.
• Maintain proactive contact with Security Professionals and review hours weekly.
• Process payroll-related requests and ensure accurate records.
