Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business through cross-collaboration and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI tools.
• Strong networking and community engagement for safety and trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security professionals and supervisors; design career development and performance improvement plans.
• Make offers and manage transfers; publish open post list and manage job openings across branches.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure coverage and contract compliance.
• Monitor staffing levels, control overtime, and maintain buffer of flex personnel.
• Lead payroll processes, timekeeping audits, and payroll discrepancy resolution.
• Handle final pay, bonuses, unemployment, and related HR processes as needed.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain high employee morale and timely communication to minimize turnover.
• Ensure post-specific policies are communicated and training is executed.
