Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for company vehicle use.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to escalated security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, supplies).
