Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and staff while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: use AI-powered tech to schedule security officers, align with contract hours, minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage personnel, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships: act as primary contact, ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalations, coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operations: oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
