Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels and control costs related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventories.
