Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Montgomery, AL to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service.

You will develop client relationships, oversee scheduling and performance, and respond to incidents while ensuring site standards and safety compliance. This role offers growth within a global security leader and exposure to enterprise-level clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing levels and costs; inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, and site standards and managing inventories.
