Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager in Texas to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure contract adherence. You will recruit, train, schedule, and manage payroll while maintaining client relations and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two+ years of equivalent security management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop dispersed frontline teams.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and client relations.
• Knowledge of safety, security protocols, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and oversee frontline supervisors and officers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and performance reviews.
• Serve as primary client contact; ensure high-quality service and contract adherence.
• Leverage BI tools to track metrics and optimize schedules and profitability.
