Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations and develop a team of officers and supervisors. You will guide operations to protect people and property while delivering exceptional service.

You will oversee recruitment, training, payroll, evaluations, and client relations, using BI tools to optimize schedules and drive efficiency. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least 3+ years in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• High school diploma with 5+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Licensing requirements may be required by local laws
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and officers to meet client-specific contractual hours
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle payroll and evaluations
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service
• Use BI and analytics to optimize schedules and reduce non-billed overtime
