Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with security management experience.
• Minimum four years managing multiple client locations and relationships.
• On-call availability 24/7 as necessary; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for ~3000 contract hours.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Supervise Security Supervisors and staff; provide coaching.
• Ensure training compliance with company/client procedures.
• Monitor labor costs including overtime, scheduling, payroll.
• Respond to emergencies and operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate payroll and billing for accounts.
• Support business development and client retention efforts.
• Draft and update Security Post Orders.
