Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7–10 years in an operations management role, preferably within the security industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client engagement.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant security or management certifications (e.g., CPP, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations across multiple sites to meet SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security coordinators, guards, and administrative staff.
• Maintain strong client relations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing, shifts, and equipment to ensure coverage.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for security operations.
