The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance urgent needs with long-term site development while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Schedule and workforce management data.
• Review staffing deficiencies and manage open shifts.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Operations Supervisors, and vendors.
• Ensure documentation such as patrol logs and alarm tickets is accurate.
• Support onboarding and development of security personnel.
