Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will oversee client relationships, scheduling, training, and payroll while ensuring contractual hours and operational efficiency.

Applicants should have 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service setting, and a degree as listed above. You will leverage BI tools and Microsoft Office to enhance performance and protect people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate's, or high school with years of supervisory experience in fast-paced service.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and valid driver's license if driving.
• Experience leading development and retaining a diverse team with client relations.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, guide frontline supervisors and officers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage security staff; handle payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection.
• Use BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency.
