Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Lead Supervisor to drive staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning for security operations. This on-site leadership role focuses on hiring, placing professionals, managing schedules, and maintaining staffing levels to meet client expectations.

The Lead Supervisor will develop employees, handle performance issues, and ensure excellent client satisfaction while coordinating payroll and operational activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of leadership in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams; strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals; design development plans; evaluate underperformers.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing and overtime control.
• Oversee payroll processes; resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate timekeeping.
• Handle employee relations; document issues and administer terminations when needed.
• Enforce policies and train staff to maintain smooth operations.
