Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Operations Manager to lead security services delivery across client sites in North Carolina. You'll oversee frontline staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and compliance, acting as the primary escalation point for employees and clients.

You will drive workforce stability, ensure contract staffing levels, and build strong client relationships while championing high-quality service and operational consistency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong client relations and problem solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement of security professionals and supervisors.
• Create and manage post schedules to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and final paychecks processing.
• Maintain employee relations and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with post-specific policies and training.
