Emplify Health is seeking an experienced Security Manager to provide strategic leadership for security operations, ensuring a safe environment while advancing organizational goals, operational excellence, and exceptional service.

You will oversee security personnel, manage budgets, and serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. This role supports proactive safety initiatives, risk management, and strong community partnerships.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in a related field, preferably in law enforcement.
• 2 years of progressive security or law enforcement experience.
• Valid Driver's License (DL) required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in security or law enforcement.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory agencies and law enforcement partners.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, incident reporting, and risk mitigation practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, visitors, physicians, staff and public safety agencies.
