Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, healthcare security knowledge, and strong policy development skills, with a focus on training, incident management, and collaboration with leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or 4+ years of related experience)
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Leadership experience in security/ risk management preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations to protect patients, staff and visitors
• Lead Environment of Care processes and safety committees
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
