This role develops security policies, conducts risk assessments, and reports findings to facility administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Management preferred.
• 5 years experience in leadership level position required.
• 2 years experience in security management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing functions and programs at assigned facilities including screening, hiring, and training.
• Provides professional leadership for operational improvement and reporting.
• Assists with annual budgets within budget parameters.
• Develops and implements security policies and procedures for compliance.
• Evaluates system properties for risk and reports security audits.
• Provides Executive Protection and leads security project teams.
