Job summary

Northwest Health is seeking a Manager of Security to oversee hospital safety, asset protection, and a proactive security presence across the facility. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinate with leaders to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors.

The role focuses on deploying security personnel, managing budgets, and fostering a service-oriented culture that supports patient care and organizational metrics. A healthcare environment background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or Four+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
• 0-2 years Experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and monitors security staff to patrol campus buildings and premises.
• Assist the Director, Security with day to day operations of the Security Team.
• Works with other managers to assure Environment of Care plans are evaluated annually.
• Reviews incident reports and verifies pertinent information.
• Manages daily operations and budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Trains staff on de-escalation techniques and security procedures.
