Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee daily field security operations for a healthcare distribution client. The role is based in a regional hub (AZ, TX, CA, or Las Vegas) and involves managing officer schedules, supporting field staff, and ensuring seamless service delivery across sites.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in security operations or related fields, and strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of satisfactory experience in security operations, customer service, or high-volume call center environments.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client representatives and internal staff; supervise, coach, and support security officers.
• Establish, review, and maintain client site schedules using electronic platforms; ensure posts are filled with qualified personnel.
• Respond promptly to officer call-offs, tardiness, and site emergencies to meet contractual commitments.
