Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will drive safety, oversee payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relations while ensuring compliant, efficient site operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with clients, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a focus on operational excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing per state/local laws may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence
• Financial acumen to manage staffing, minimize non-billed overtime, and control inventory-related costs

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and supervising officers and supervisors
• Oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for high-quality service
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training, safety, and site standards, and inventory management
