Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and develop a team of security officers and supervisors. You will guide, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee scheduling, incident response, training, and site standards, ensuring safety and operational excellence. Excellent communication and cost-control skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing per state/local laws may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations or security management.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and physical security protocols.
• Proficient with web-based apps and MS Office.
• Strong communication across clients and staff; multi-project management.
• Cost control and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory and equipment.
