Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned account, including staffing, training, and performance management. You will build strong client and staff relationships, coordinate support services, and strive to meet financial and operational goals.

The role includes payroll for security personnel, after-hours emergency response, and participation in a comprehensive onboarding course to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in contract security or facilities management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse teams.

Responsibilities
