Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will drive scheduling efficiency, develop teams, and build strong client relationships to protect people and property.

The role emphasizes proactive incident handling, compliance, and operational excellence while overseeing training, safety, and inventory management across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in business operations or security management.
• Experience leading and developing teams and client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact to protect people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and site standards.
• Oversee inventory, uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies to control costs.
