Job summary

Allied Universal in Washington, DC is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and protect people and places you safeguard. You will guide security officers and supervisors, schedule using AI-powered tools, and ensure client contracts are met with high service standards.

You will lead a dynamic team, develop talent, manage payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to safety, compliance, and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of two years experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: oversee training, safety, and site standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other supplies).
